<br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto CitiFinancial, Inc.
<br />(MD), the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to~wit:

<br />The Easterly 17 1/2 feet of Lot 29, all of Lot 30 and the Westerly 9 feet of Lot 31, all in Block 3
<br />of Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), its
<br />successors and assigns forever.
<br />
<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's title
<br />and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors and their successors in interest and of all persons
<br />claiming by, through or under them, in and to the property sold, including all such right, title, interest and
<br />claim in and to such property acquired by the Trustors or their successors in interest subsequent to the
<br />execution of the Deed of Trust.

<br />This Deed is subject to the liens, encumbrances, real estate taxes, tax sale certificates,
<br />,
<br />assessments, easements, restrictions or covenants of record which Grantor is not entitled to convey
<br />pursuant to Nebraska Statute Sec. 76~1010(2) R.R.S., 2003.
