<br />This deed is made by CHRISTINE MARJE VanWINKLE as Personal Representative of the
<br />ESTATE OF JOHANNA A. PATH, Deceased, "GRANTOR", to CHRISTINE MARIE
<br />VanWINKLE, an undivided three-fourths (3/4) interest, to AFTON JO GARDNER, a single
<br />person, an undivided one-fourth (114) interest, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEES,

<br />WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of JOHANNA A. PATH, Deceased, was duly
<br />admitted to Probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed the Personal Representative of said Estate and is
<br />now qualified in acting in said capacity;
<br />
<br />AND, WHEREAS, the Grantees are detennined to be the persons entitled to distribution of
<br />the hereinafter described real property, and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to Grantees;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers and releases to the Grantees
<br />hereinafter named, the following described real property in the following portions:

<br />a. An undivided three fourths (3/4) interest of the real estate hereinafter described is
<br />transferred to CHRISTINE MARIE VanWINKLE;
<br />
<br />b. An undivided one fourth (1/4) interest of the real estatetrereina.fter,described is
<br />transferred to AFTON JO GARDNER, a single person, to-wit:
<br />
<br />A parcel of land located in the WII2 of the SWII4 of Section 33, Township 12
<br />North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as
<br />follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the WII2 of the SW1/4 of said
<br />Section 33, thence North along the East line of the WII2 of the SW1I4 of said
<br />Section 33, 281.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North along
<br />the East line of the W1I2 of the SW1I4 of said Section 33, 379.3 feet, more or
<br />less, to the Northeast corner of the South 20 acres of the W1I2 of the SW1I4 of
<br />said Section 33; thence West along the North line of the South 20 acres of the
<br />WII2 of the SWII4 of said Section 33, 242.5 feet to a point; thence South
<br />parallel to the East line of the WII2 of the SW1I4 of said Section 33, 330.0 feet,
<br />more or less, to a point which is 330.1 feet North of the South line of said
<br />Section 33; thence East parallel to the South line of said Section 33, 87.5 feet to
<br />a point; thence South parallel to the East line of the WII2 of the SWII4 of said
<br />Section 33, 49.1 feet, to a point; thence East parallel to the South line of said
<br />Section 33, 155.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 2.011
<br />acres, more or less.

<br />easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
