<br />---------.-----.GRANTOR, in consideration of One and Noll 00 Dollar ($1.00), conveys to DONALD D.
<br />MEHRING, TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN M. MEHRING TRUST, GRANTEE, all the Grantor's
<br />interest in the following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. g76w20I);

<br />(300.0') to the southeast corner of said Lot Eight (8); thence southerly parallel to the

<br />of the south line of said Lot One (1); thence westerly parallel to the south line of said
<br />Lot One (1), a distance of One Hundred Fifty Feet (150.0'); thence southerly parallel
<br />to the West line of said Lot One (1), a distance of One Hundred Ninetywfive Feet
<br />(195.0'), to the south line of said Lot One (1); thence westerly along said south line of
<br />Lot One (1), a distance of One Hundred Fifty Feet (150.0'); thence northerly parallel
<br />to the west line of said Lot One (1) to the place of beginning.

<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:

<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free and clear from
<br />encumbrances, except for: a certain Deed of Trust dated May 15,
<br />2007 and recorded on May 21, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200704096
<br />in the records of the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and easements and restrictions of record;
<br />
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey same;
<br />
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons.
