(hereinafter referred to as "TNC"), and WBW FAMILY LIMITED <br /> <br />PARTNERSHIP, a Nebraska limited partnership (hereinafter referred <br /> <br />to as "WBW"). <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TNC is the owner of record of the fOllowing-described <br /> <br />real estate: <br /> <br />(a) That part of Government Lot 1 in Section 19, <br />Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which is located <br />north of Denman Road, said Government Lot 1 being <br />located in the northern portion of said Section 19; <br /> <br />(b) All Platte River accretion lands deriving from and <br />adjacent to Government Lot 1 in Section 19, Township 9 <br />North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, said Government Lot 1 being located in <br />the northern portion of said Section 19; <br /> <br />(c) Government Lot 6 in Section 18, Township 9 North, Range <br />11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska: and <br />
