<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Michael
<br />Binfield and Barbara Binfield, husband and wife as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BAN K, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. as a result of an
<br />acquisition and name change, as Beneficiary, dated as of January 20, 1994 and recorded on
<br />January 28, 1994, recorded as Document number 94-100785 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said
<br />Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is
