<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Dawn M. Peard, trustor, to Farmers
<br />State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, Silver Creek, NE, Trustee, and Farmers State Bank, A Branch of
<br />Bank of Clarks, Silver Creek, NE, Beneficiary, and recorded June 3, 2005, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200505019 in the mortgage records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
