Gloe, and SHARON GLOE, also known as Sharon K. Gloe, <br />husband and wife (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Gloes"), and RANDALL <br />ALEXANDER, TRUSTEE (hereinafter referred to as "Trustee Alexander"). <br />Recitals <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gloes and Trustee Alexander are the record owners of the <br />following described real estate: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Government Lots 3 and 5 in Section 18, Township 9 North, Range <br />11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />(b) All Platte River accretion lands deriving from and adjacent to <br />Government Lots 3 and 5 in Section 18, Township 9 North, Range <br />11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Government Lot 1, and part of Government Lots 2, 3, & 4 in Section <br />13, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, which are located South of the southerly <br />right-of-way line of U.S. Interstate Highway 80: and <br /> <br />(d) All Platte River accretion lands deriving from and adjacent to <br />Government Lot 1, and part of Government Lots 2, 3, & 4 in Section <br />13, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, which are located South of the southerly <br />right-of-way line of U.S. Interstate Highway 80. <br /> <br />(all of such real estate being hereinafter collectively referred to as "the <br /> <br />Gloerrrustee Alexander Land"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSW is the owner of record of the following-described real <br />estate: <br /> <br />Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) on Island and the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter ( NE % SE % ), <br />all in Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Nine (9) North, <br /> <br />STALNAKER.
