Webb and Aaron C. Satterly, as joint tenants with right of <br />survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real property in HallCounty, <br />Nebraska: <br /> <br />The Southerly Four Feet (S4.0') of Lot One (1), Block Twenty Five (25), in <br />Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska together with the Northerly Fifty and Five Tenths Feet <br />(N50.5') of vacated Blake Street, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the <br />Southwest Corner of Lot One (1) Block Twenty Five (25), in Packer & Barr's <br />Addition and running Easterly along the Southerly line of said Lot One (1) a <br />distance of One Hundred Eleven Feet (111.0') to the Westerly line of Custer <br />Avenue; thence running southerly along and upon the Westerly line of <br />Custer Avenue a distance of Fifty and Five Tenths Feet (50.5'); thence <br />running Westerly and parallel to the Southerly line of said Lot One (1), <br />Block Twenty Five (25), Packer and Barr's Second Addition a distance of <br />.
