NOTICE OF DEFAULT The undersigned, being the Attorney for the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on 5/15/06, as Instrument No. 0200604260 by Kevin Woodward Construction & Custom Renovation, Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, thereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of April 11, 2008, is in the amount of $500,531.47, accrued interest of $57,439.59 plus interest thereafter, and further notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be hold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows: Lot Seventeen (17), Block Three (3), Summerfield Estates Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
