Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, formerly known as, Equitable <br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is <br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by DAVID J <br />WETHERlLT. AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly <br />known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known <br />as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named <br />as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Deed of Partial Reconvevance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured <br />by the trust deed, dated OCTOBER 22.2003 , executed by DAVID J WETHERILT. AN <br />UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D.
