The beneficiary is Mutual of Omaha Bank <br /> <br />which is organized and existing under the laws oUhe State of Nebraska , and whose address is <br />3211 N 90 St Omaha, NE 68134 ("Lender"). <br />Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of Two Hundred Forty Six Thousand Eight Hundred and <br />00/100 Dollars (U.S. $ 246,800.00 ).
