LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, as Trustee <br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, hereby grants and conveys to U.S. Bank <br />National Association, ND, herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenants or <br />warranty expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />THE NORTHERLY HALF OF LOTS FOUR (4) AND <br />FIVE (5) IN BLOCK SIXTY ONE (61), IN WHEELER <br />AND BENNETT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by that Trust Deed <br />dated August 15, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on September 12, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200508948 the <br />Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was U.S. Bank National Association, ND between Nyla <br />C. Bell as Trustor, and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association as Trustee; and <br />wherein the Trustor granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts therein <br />expressed, the property hereinabove described to secure, among other obligations, the <br />payment of a certain note and interest described in said Trust Deed according to the terms <br />thereof and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing <br />this conveyance by reason of a breach and default by the Trustor made under the terms of <br />said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the Trustee, <br />which default continued until the time of sale at which sale the property was sold to the <br />highest bidder, the Grantee herein, following notice of sale as required by law. <br /> <br />The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as aforesaid, then and there sold, <br />at public, auction, to Grantee, who was the highest bidder for the sum of Thirty-Five <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Nine and 89/100 Dollars ($35,769.89) therefore, the <br />property hereinabove described. <br /> <br />RETURN RECORDED DOCUMENT TO: <br />LaPuzza Law, P.c., L.L.O. <br />275 North 1151h Street <br />Omaha, Nebraska 68154 <br />
