<br />WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Mark A. Freeling and Teresa Vang-
<br />Freeling, Husband and Wife, Trustor(s) -to- Homestead Capital Company, Inc. as Trustee for the benefit of Bank of
<br />the West, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 18,2007, and recorded May 22, 2008, in the office ofthe Register
<br />of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Doc. #2007-04160, has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
