<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />WHEREAS, John Brownell, formerly of Hall County, Nebraska, deceased and a former
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association is the present Trustee of record under that certain
<br />Deed of Trust executed on the 27th day of June 1985, by Grand Island Mall, L TD, a Nebraska
<br />Limited Partnership, Trustor, to John Brownell as Trustee, recorded on the 1 st day of July, 1985, as
<br />Document No. 85-003119, of Official Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the following described real estate: Lot One (1), Grand Island Mall Eighth Subdivision
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />AND WHEREAS the undersigned, DLP Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, is/are the
<br />present holder( s) of the beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust, and do/ does hereby appoint
<br />Kevin A. Brostrom as Trustee in place and stead of said John Brownell under said Deed of Trust;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, upon recordation ofthis document, the undersigned do/does hereby
<br />discharge the present record Trustee and appoint Kevin A. Brostrom as the new Trustee who shall
<br />success to all the powers, duties, authority and title of the fonner Trustee.
<br />WHEREAS, DLP Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, was assigned the Deed of Trust by
<br />Assignment dated August 17, 1987 which was recorded on August 20, 1987 as Document No. 87-
<br />104966 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
