(f) W <br /> (f) <br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION <br /> OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004, executed by Hastings Ventures, a <br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is <br />named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200402542, at the <br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 16th day of March, 2004, and <br /> <br />\J\ <br />\.:~ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled <br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3), Block Four (4), Woodland Park Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004, recorded as <br />Document #0200402542 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 19tti day of February, 2004, <br />shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, this 15th day of August, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NE S RPORATION <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA } <br />}~ <br />COUNTY OF HALL } <br /> <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance of a Portion of Property Covered by Deed of Trust was <br />acknowledged before me this 15th day of August, 2008, by Edward M.
