<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Nature Conservancy, a non-profit corporation of the
<br />District of Columbia, in accordance with Nebraska Statutes Section 76-288 et seq., hereby files
<br />this notice in order to preserve its claim of interest in land.
<br />
<br />The Nature Conservancy acquired a Conservation Easement granted on September 23,
<br />1982, accepted by The Nature Conservancy October 21, 1982, and recorded December 29, 1983
<br />as Document Number 83-006784 in the Hall County, Nebraska Recorder's Office, over certain
<br />real property located in Hall County, Nebraska. The Nature Conservancy filed a Notice of Claim
<br />in order to preserve its claim of interest, dated June 4, 2007, and recorded June 7, 2007 as
<br />Document Number 0200704681 in the Hall County, Nebraska Recorder's Office. The Notice of
<br />Claim contained an incomplete description of the property, while this Corrective Notice of Claim
<br />contains the complete legal description of the property subject to the Conservation Easement
<br />identified above and this Notice of Claim. The property is described as follows:

<br />Lot One (1) in the Northwest Quarter (NW lf4) of Section Four (4), and Lot Four (4) on
<br />Island in Section Five (5), all being in Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M.: also Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), and Thirteen
<br />(13) on Island in Section Thirty Three (33), also, the North Half of the Northeast Quarter
