<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WI--lE,REAS, all of the indebtedness secUred by the l:}eed bfTrust"madinfiilohg, STACV L-VAN
<br />HORN, an unmarried person, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five Points
<br />Bank as Bencficiary, dated January 31, 2003, and recorded on January 31, 2003, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200301226 has been
<br />paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Ccntral National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />rcquest of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
