Chanthapatheth and Keo Chanthapatheth, wife and husband, <br />Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />July 28, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200507258, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real <br />estate, to..wit: <br /> <br />LOT ELEVEN (11), KALLOS SUBDNISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
