Baxter, also " '~ <br />known as Tom Baxter and Thomas Baxter and Elizabeth L. Baxter, also known as Elizabeth Lea Baxter, <br />husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust dated the 22nd <br />day of June, 2004, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the <br />State of Nebraska, on the 23rd day of June, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200406259 of the records in said <br />office conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned <br />therein on the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />See Attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been fully satisfied; <br /> <br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the legal holder of the <br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />I, as Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate <br />and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest <br />which I have under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust <br />particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty. <br /> <br />To Have And To Hold The Same, together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging forever.
