Mettenbrink, also known as Norma Jean Mettenbrink, a single person, <br />GRANTOR, in consideration of estate planning, conveys to GRANTEE, Debra J. Shafer, Trustee <br />of the Norma J. Mettenbrink Revocable Trust dated September 26, 1990, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201): <br /> <br />All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW~) of Section Fifteen (15), in <br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, which lies East of the Right-of-Way of the Omaha and <br />Republican Valley Railroad Company, (containing 106 acres).
