<br />You are hereby given Notice of Default under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Mike Brodsky and Judy Brodsky, husband and wife, dated
<br />February 4, 2005, and recorded June 23, 2005, as Document No.
<br />0200505676, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; said Deed of Trust securing the following property:
<br />
<br />BRODSKY INDUSTRIAL EMPIRE SUBDIVISION LOT ONE (1).
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said Deed of Trust
<br />Banking Corporation,
<br />Trust.
<br />
<br />being in favor of U. S. Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deed of
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of said Deed of Trust has
<br />occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became
<br />due and payable under a Promissory Note dated February 4, 2005, as
<br />Loan No. 42, in the principal sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars
<br />($70,000.00), with a total principal balance due and owing as of
<br />August 12, 2008, of Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Seven
<br />Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($53,867.13), accrued interest of Two
<br />Thousand One Hundred Thirty Six Dollars and Seventy Three Cents
<br />($2,136.73), and late charges of Three Hundred Fifty Six Dollars
<br />and Eighty Eight Cents ($356.88), for a total payoff of FIFTY SIX
<br />THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS and SEVENTY FOUR CENTS
<br />($56,360.74), and per diem interest accruing at the rate of $9.68
<br />from and after August 12, 2008.

<br />Said default under the terms of said Deed of Trust has
<br />further occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they
<br />became due and payable under a Promissory Note dated March 11,
<br />2003, in the principal sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00),
<br />wi th a current balance of Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty
<br />Eight Dollars and Thirty Seven Cents ($41,368.37), accrued
<br />interest of One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and
<br />Sixty One Cents ($1,939.61), and late charges of Three Hundred
<br />Forty Seven Dollars and Ninety Cents ($347.90), for a total pay
<br />off of FORTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS and EIGHTY
<br />EIGHT CENTS ($43,805.88), and per diem interest accruing at the
<br />rate of $8.59 from and after August 12, 2008.
<br />
<br />In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee, U. S.
<br />Bank, for all fees and costs associated with this default and
<br />recovery pursuant to Nebraska Statute ~76-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, U. S. Bank, has
<br />determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligations referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within Thirty (30) days of the
<br />filing of this Notice, and the obligations of the Deed of Trust
<br />
