<br />Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Trustee of the Gloria G. Wolbach
<br />Revocable Trust, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in
<br />consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consider~
<br />ation received from the grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, Successor Trustee of the Gloria G. wolbach
<br />Revocable Trust, herein called the grantee, whether one or more,
<br />the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (51/2 SE1/4 NE1/4) of Section Three (3), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />The North 35 Feet of Lot Four (4) and all of Lot Five (5)
<br />in Block Four (4) in Replat of Riverside Acres Addition,
<br />an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />unto the grantee and to grantee's successors and assigns forever.
<br />
<br />And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with
<br />grantee's successors and assigns that grantor is lawfully seized of
<br />said premises; that they are free from encumbrance; provided,
<br />however, this conveyance is subject to easements, restrictions,
<br />mortgages and other encumbrances of record; that grantor has good
<br />right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that grantor
<br />warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the
<br />acts of the Grantor.
