Grantor accepted the bid of <br />MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as nominee for <br />Lender and Lender's successors and assigns in the sum of Seventy Thousand Six <br />Hundred Fifty Eight and 60/100 Dollars ($70,658.60) as the highest bid upon said real <br />property.
