<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THATWHEREAS, in an action found at Case No. CI 04-109 in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein LaSalle Bank National Association, as
<br />Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities, Inc.,
<br />Series 2001..3, is the plaintiff, and Bonifacio Jacobo Lopez, Francisca Alcanter,
<br />Jerry Milner, ;Trustee, and Associates Financial Services Company, Inc.,
<br />Beneficiary, ~re the defendants, LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee
<br />for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities, Inc., Series 2001-
<br />3, did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the sum of Forty-Nine
<br />Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents
<br />($49,435.27), plus interest, escrow advances, title search costs and costs of suit;
<br />and r
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the
<br />payment of t~e sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master
<br />Commission~r should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be
<br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, Arend R. Baack,
<br />Master ComlTIissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale
<br />to him duly directed, did on August 24, 2005, inside the front door of the Hall
<br />County Coui;thouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, having first
<br />given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once in
<br />each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed and in general
<br />circulation ill said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to LaSalle
<br />Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset
<br />Backed Securities, Inc., Series 2001-3, for the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand
<br />Dollars ($25,boo.00); and
