Except for purposes of appeal, remarriage or continuation of health insurance <br />coverage as prescribed herein, this Decree of Dissolution becomes final and operative <br />thirty (30) days from the date this Decree is filed with the Court or on the death of <br />one of the parties to this action, whichever occurs first. If this Decree becomes final <br />and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties to this action, this Decree <br />shall be treated as if it became final and operative the date it was rendered. <br />23.
