By order in the same case there is a <br />judgment in my favor against Joshua Reher. <br />I understand that Joshua Reher has made application with the Platte Valley State <br />Bank for a home equity loan that would be secured by the hereinafter described real estate. I <br />further understand that in order to issue such a loan Platte Valley State Bank requires that it have <br />a lien position superior to any that I may hold. <br />I, Jennifer J. Niedfelt, hereby subordinates the current judgment that I now have <br />against Joshua Reher to any lien held by the Platte Valley State Bank against the real estate <br />located at 814 N. Washington Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, legally described as follows: (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
