<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 21,
<br />2007, executed by THOMAS A. LABENZ, a single person, as Trustor,
<br />in which COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded on June 21, 2007, as Document No. 200705199 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, John M. Cunningham, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Competitive
<br />Mortgage of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey
<br />the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:

<br />LOT EIGHT (8), FRACTIONAL BLOCK TWO (2), GILBERTS
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
