So <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Timothy L. Jacobs aka Timothy <br />Lee Jacobs and Shawn M. Jacobs, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Stephen J. Price- <br />Gibson and Caroline M.
