<br />WHEREAS, aU of the indebtedness seeur-ed-by the Deed of-Trnst- made among, TIM.
<br />LOCKHART, an unmarried man, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Fivc Points
<br />Bank as Beneficiary, dated February 19, 2004, and recorded on February 27,2004, in the oft-ice
<br />of the Register of Dccds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200401796 has bcen
<br />paid; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Ccntral National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
