<br />from Village of Doni ph an, a MunicpaI Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Grantee of Doni ph an,

<br />Hall, Nebraska, does hereby remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto Grantee and to Grantee's

<br />heirs and assigns forever, all of Grantors' rights, title, interest, estate, claim and demand both at law
