The beneficiary is Pinnacle Bank <br /> <br />which is organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska , and whose address is <br />210 E 23rd St PO Box 1585 Columbus, NE 68601 ("Lender"). <br />Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of Two Hundred Eight Thousand One Hundred Fifty and <br />00/100 Dollars (U.S. $ 208,150.00 ).
