JOHN T ASICH and <br />LYNETTE M T ASICH have entered into a Equity - Line of Credit ("Contract") with Lender as of July 30, 2008, <br />under the terms of which Borrower may, from time to time, obtain advances not to exceed, at any time, a <br />***MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT (EXCLUDING PROTECTIVE ADV ANCES)*** of Seventy-six <br />Thousand and 00/100 Dollars (U.S. $76,000.00) ("Credit Limit").
