Peard Grantee(s), real property in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2) in Block Sixteen (16) in College Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />THIS DEED IS NOT TO BE IN EFFECT UNTIL: JuIY~ 2008 <br /> <br />Together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto.
