<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Vicente
<br />T. Valadez, A Single Person, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated June 25, 2008 and recorded June 27, 2008 as instrument #0200805547 in Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds Office, Grand Island, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has been requested this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below:
