<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Ray L. Ericson and Rebecca J.
<br />Ericson, husband and wife, to Commonwealth Land TItle Insurance Company, Trustee for the benefit of NAFCO NE
<br />Federal Credit Union, the beneficiary named therein, dated April 1 , 1992 and recorded April 14, 1992 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 92-103105 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant. remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />All of Lot Nine (9) and the Easterly Forty (40.0) feet of Lot Eight (8), in Grace Lutheran Church Subdivision, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
