Rinke. husband and wife, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds ofRaU County, Nebraska, on August 16,2005 <br />as Instrument No. 0200508000, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOTS 2, 4 AND 6, IN BLOCK 6, OF COLLEGE ADDITION TO WEST LAWN IN THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the tenus of said Deed of Trust.
