<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as Beneficiary, and TICOR TITLE
<br />INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on April 5, 2005, as
<br />Instrument No. 2005-03005, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br />SYSTEMS, INC. to JP MORGAN CHASE BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR EQUITY ONE, INC.
<br />MORTGAGE/P ASS THROUGH CERTIFICATE SERIES #2005-B, by virtue ofan Assignment
<br />dated May 31,2007, and filed for record on June 16,2008, as Instrument No. 2008-05170 of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as
<br />Successor Trustee, replacing TICOR TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, by virtue of a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of RaIl County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,

<br />Said default under the terms oft11e Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the instalhnent
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute ~ 76-1012;

<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
