Dickey and Sabrina M. Dickey, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Dylan L. Skalka and <br />Angela K.
