NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that Todd W. Friesen and Lori K. Friesen, husband and wife, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds ofRall County, Nebraska, on August 14,2006 <br />as Instrument No. 0200607242, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to.wit: <br /> <br />The East Twelve (12) feet of Lot Twenty-seven (27) and the West Thirty-seven (37) feet of <br />Lot Twenty.eight (28), in Buenavista Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
