HUNTLEY as Personal Representatives of the Estate WILLIAM ROBERTS a/kla WILLIAM H. ROBERTS, deceased, Grantors, in order to convey the below described property unto MERLE H. ROBERTS, Grantee, being the person entitled to receive said property; and, WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament ofthe above-named decedent was made and executed in the lifetime of the decedent, and is dated April 21, 1986 (and amended by Codicil dated December 8, 1992) which Will and Codicil were duly admitted to informal probate on April 8, 2003, by the Probate Court for the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado, Probate No. 03PR0508. WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Personal Representatives of said Estate on April 8, 2003 and are now qualified and acting in said capacity. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantors by the Colorado Probate Code, Grantors do hereby sell, convey, assign, transfer and set over unto said Grantee, the following described property interests situate in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska: ALL PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED ON THE ATTACHED "EXHIBIT A" AND ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM H. ROBERTS IN PERSONAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED ON UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY UNDER LEASE FROM UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS: pt El/2 NEl/4 xc .67, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6th.
