<br />by a Trust Deed dated August 31, 2006, and recorded on September 1,
<br />2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200607845 wherein Pearl Burke and John
<br />Burke, wife and husband are named Trustors; and Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and Gary D. Byrne
<br />is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the
<br />Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above
<br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of a
<br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $76,410.00
<br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof. That by
<br />Substitution of Trustee dated April 23, 2008, made by Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Grantor was substituted as
