<br />interest under that certain trust deed, dated December 1,
<br />1999, executed by Ronald Bockstadter and Alice K.
<br />Bockstadter, husband and wife, as trustor, to Matthew
<br />Hanson, as trustee, and in which Barbara Steele is named as
<br />beneficiary, and recorded on January 14, 2000, instrument
<br />number 0200000390, in the office of the County Clerk, Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, covering the following described
<br />real estate, to-wit:
