<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by L & P Investments, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 27th day of September, 2007, recorded on the 5th day of
<br />October, 2007, as Document No. 200708592 in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, State
<br />of Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in
<br />and to the following-described real property (as defmed in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Lot Two (2) and Three (3), Commercial Industrial Park Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
