<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by MCCLOUD SUPER 8
<br />MOTEL, INC" a Nebraska corporation as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION. successor to The Overland National Bank of Grand Island as a result of an acquisition
<br />and name change, as Beneficiary, dated as of August 10, 1999 and recorded on August 16, 1999,
<br />Instrument number 0099108259 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County. Nebraska, does
<br />hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty,
<br />all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said
<br />Deed of Trust and incorporated herein by this reference, This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at the
<br />request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
