<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Brain Fox and Heather L. Fox, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 28th day of July, 2005,
<br />recorded on the 8th day of August, 2005, as Document No. 200507651 in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office, Hall County, State of Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in
<br />and to the following-described real property (as defmed in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
