<br />Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly known as, THE EQUITABLE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, as Trustee, dated SEPTEMBER 20. 2002, and recorded SEPTEMBER 27.
<br />2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />No. 0200210319 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by GARY L KRUSE. TRUSTEE. GARY L KRUSE REVOCABLE TRUST AND

<br />to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK,
<br />formerly Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />Federal Savings Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, Successor to The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER
<br />20. 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200210319, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
