<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed April 7,
<br />2006, by LOUIS T. LAUTENSCHLAGER, II and AMY M. LAUTENSCHLAGER, husband and wife,
<br />Trustors, in which MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., was named as
<br />Beneficiary and U.s. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION as Trustee, and which
<br />was filed for record on April 7,2006, as Instrument No. 2006-03075 in the office of the Register of Deeds for
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE
<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., to U.s. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment
<br />dated February 27, 2007, and filed for record on March 9, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-01808 of the
<br />Mortgage Records for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor
<br />Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed
<br />of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />THE SOUTHERLY THIRTY -FIVE (35) FEET OF LOT TWELVE (12) AND THE NORTHERLY
<br />TWENTY (20) FEET OF LOT FOURTEEN (14), BLOCK NINETEEN (19), IN SCARFF'S
<br />ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute S 76-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in S 76-1012.
<br />
