<br />"- <br /> <br />200509996 <br /> <br />Including any accessions, accessories, parts and equipment now or hereafter affixed thereto. <br />The debtor(s) warrant(s) the above described property is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances; that <br />he/she (they) will pay all personal taxes before the same become delinquent; that he/she(they) will maintain <br />and pay the premiums for fire and extended coverage insurance on said property in an amount not less than <br />the unpaid balance of the indebtedness.
