<br />tenants, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF

<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan

<br />the Lease dated

<br />made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $ 100.000. 00

<br />, 2005, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignors

<br />are the Lessees, pertaining to the following-described premises:

<br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lakefront footage of One Hundred (100') Feet,
<br />situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake, and being on
<br />a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2SW1/4) of Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $ 100,000.00
<br />with interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to
<br />the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and
<br />void and of no further force nor effect.
