In the event it is determined by my Attorney that I am in need of a guardian or conservator, I hereby nominate Allen E. Williams to become such, and I authorize my Attorney to make application in my name to seek a voluntary appointment of a guardian or conservator for me; no such guardian or conservator so nominated by me shall be required to furnish or give any bond or security for the faithful performance of his duty. 24. Without in anywise limiting the foregoing, generally to do, execute, and perform any other act, deed, matter or thing whatsoever that ought to be done, executed and performed or that in the opinion of my said Attorney ought to be done, executed or performed, in and about the premises, of every nature and kind whatsoever, as fully and effectually as I could do if personally present. 25. If my estate is ample to provide for my needs and if there is a death tax savings purpose, to make gifts to natural objects of my bounty; to begin or continue an estate planning program of annual gifting or initiating, continuing or carrying out any and all other estate planning activities and preparing and executing any documents necessary therefor. My Attorney shall have the powers and duties granted to a conservator by Section 30-2654, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1995, and same is hereby incorporated by reference. Provided, however, such power shall not be restricted as to amount or by requiring court approval as provided in Section 30-2654(b), Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1995. 26. To sign, execute, and deliver any renunciation and disclaimer, as allowed under state law or the Internal Revenue Code, for the purpose of renouncing and disclaiming all or part of my interest in any devise or other property, whether as an heir, beneficiary, or as a survivingjoint tenant. 27.
